+ Upholding FrogAsia’s brand identity across all design produced on all official channels & collaterals.
+ Managing and setting deadlines and goals for Design Team, and monitoring work progress.
+ Handling Final Artwork Liaising with vendor to communicate what are the requirement and specs that needed to be prepared.
+ Communicate with Project manager to come out with the timeline & collaterals for design team.
+ Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
+ Working with internal clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
+ Supervise interns, responsible for assigning tasks, overseeing and coaching on creative process, and ensuring on-time

Event;
+ Dealing with vendor the get the best price for the event’s collaterals.
+ Making sure work are delegate between the team to meet deadline
+ Having communication between project manager to come up with concept, look and feels of event
+ Contribute to help the event are smooth with collaterals needed
