Linson Display & Design is located in Singapore, its a Signage company, manufacturer type.
I am production designer cum operator.
My job scope is to pre check all artwork which send by client, liase with client and supplier, assign job sheet for production,
handle all design works, qc check, make sures things deliver well to installer and client.
Besides, I have to operate 4 machines, I do have a indian assistant.
- Sticker Plotter (Roland)
- Roland Solarjet Printer
- Cnc Router
- Lasercutter ( Aryclic)

For Uv Print/ White ink print/ banner printing, I had bleed all artwork correctly, written well info and pass it to others printer supplier.

Besides this, I had to know well of printing sticker material and printing toner.
if stock is low/ oos, had to request purchaser to order.

As designer, I do have to know basic machine maintenence and way of changing router head of cnc machine, but of coz I pass this tough job to my indian assistant. As I'm female, boss allowed me to pass these hard job to others.

Reason of resign

Because of covid-19. I'm a Malaysian foreigner, business is getting slow and cases is increase, levy of singapore had increase.
