My main responsibilities as a Sales Support Engineer included filtering, sorting, and retrieving relevant data extracted from the company's CRM software, and presenting these information on separate excel sheets which are automatically updated via formula. I created reusable Excel templates and Powerpoint templates for sales performance in the monthly and quarterly sales updates.
